ABOUT LINDA
Kiln-formed glass is Linda Novy-Doll's encore career and passion. After retirement, she began her pursuit of art, which included color theory, painting, and eventually kiln-formed glass. She fell in love with the complexity of glass which includes heat, chemical reactions, design, form, and color...the marriage of art and science. All of her work is unique and one-of-a-kind. Linda is a perpetual student and continues to expand her knowledge.
Linda has been a glass artist for 10 years. She has studied with numerous world-renowned artists. Linda strives to learn and perfect new techniques through education and experimentation.
Linda has had many exhibits at local venues, including the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, Placitas Community Library, and Santa Fe Community College.
Linda is a member of the Glass Alliance of New Mexico and New Mexico True.
